Job description

Seeking a Solution Architect with strong experience in manufacturing operations, industrial automation, OT/IT integration, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will architect technology solutions connecting manufacturing systems with enterprise applications and support smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration.
  • 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing / industrial automation experience.
  • Strong expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, industrial networking, and machine reliability.
  • Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP, PLM, QMS, and EAM platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IBM Maximo or comparable asset/reliability management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
  • Experience with OT/IT integration, including APIs, middleware, and MQTT.
  • Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart factory, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure, edge computing, and manufacturing data platforms.
  • Ability to develop solution architecture, integration patterns, system blueprints, and data-flow designs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with business, engineering, plant operations, and IT teams.
  • Ability to lead architecture decisions from design through implementation and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
