Job description

Seeking a Solution Architect with strong experience in manufacturing operations, industrial automation, OT/IT integration, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will architect technology solutions connecting manufacturing systems with enterprise applications and support smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration.
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing / industrial automation experience.
Strong expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, industrial networking, and machine reliability.
Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP, PLM, QMS, and EAM platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of IBM Maximo or comparable asset/reliability management solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
Experience with OT/IT integration, including APIs, middleware, and MQTT.
Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart factory, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Experience with AWS/Azure, edge computing, and manufacturing data platforms.
Ability to develop solution architecture, integration patterns, system blueprints, and data-flow designs.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with business, engineering, plant operations, and IT teams.
Ability to lead architecture decisions from design through implementation and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
