Job description

Williams-Sonoma is looking for a desktop support resource for 12 month contract with the possibility of long term extension or conversion. This candidate will be working alongside the a team of two technicians and the site manager. The initial responsibilities would be to come on and immediately help with end user technology support. This candidate will be providing basic desktop support. This consists of : PC support (100% Windows environment), Lexmark and Xerox Printer hardware and connectivity support, break-fix, and outlook support (email related issues). The tech can expect to handle 10-15 tickets/day on ServiceNow (experience with this system not required). The Hardware is Windows CE Intel Computers for the handhelds and truck computer devices. Techs will be trained on this. There could also be some android support.
