French Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts

• Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft software and services to our Danish-speaking enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical resolutions within the Information Technology database.
• Engage with clients via multiple channels to resolve technical queries with professionalism and expertise.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft updates and technological trends to offer cutting-edge advice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex system escalations.
• Contribute to a high-performing environment that defines the standard for Danish-speaking jobs in the tech industry.

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
• Strong passion for the Information Technology (IT) sector and Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer care is considered a distinct advantage.
