• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the Information Technology (IT) sector and digital innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and empathetic customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Athens, Greece.
• Prior experience in a technical helpdesk or IT support role is highly advantageous.
