ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM architecture and solution design
• Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB
• Provide technical governance and assurance across delivery teams
• Design scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring/infrastructure tooling
• Support solution estimation, planning and approvals
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps
• Ensure CMDB/CSDM supports service visibility, operations and reporting
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams

I’m currently looking for an experienced security cleared ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. This is an architecture-focused role requiring strong hands-on experience across ITOM, Event Management, AI Ops and CSDM/CMDB.

Essential Experience

• Security clearance (SC)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Technical Architect
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
• Strong expertise in: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and AI Ops/Operational Intelligence
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management
• Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions
