Job description

Break down system designs into modules, interfaces, and implementation tasks to ensure efficient development and delivery
Lead the development of new software features and functionalities, independently or by guiding small development teams
Drive software quality through architecture reviews, peer reviews, coding standards, and best practices
Analyze, design, estimate, prototype, and validate new product ideas and technical solutions
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve products, processes, and development practices

Requirements

As a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d) C#

Java, you combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You drive the development of innovative software solutions, support technical decision-making, mentor colleagues, and help advance AI-enabled software engineering practices across the organization., * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Several years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions
Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and modern development practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
Solid skills in software estimation, prototyping, technical decision-making, and solution architecture
Experience evaluating AI-powered development tools and applying AI technologies to improve software engineering processes
Knowledge of agent-based AI frameworks and their application within software development environments is highly desirable
Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
