Job description

  • Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und anderen IT-Teams

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
  • Freundliches Auftreten und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
