Job description

U ondersteunt collega’s bij de installatie en het gebruik van hardware of software en u biedt eerste hulp bij computerproblemen. Tevens inventariseert u computerproblemen, lost deze op of draagt ze over aan een specialist, beantwoordt vragen, neemt verzoeken in behandeling, registreert en bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen, voert kleine reparaties en installaties uit en leert gebruikers hardware en software optimaal te benutten.

Requirements

Communicatief zeer sterk Relevante opleiding kennis van MS-Office producten, Lotus Notes, multimediatoepassingen en andere werkplekapparatuur.
