Job description

Join this leading global adventure travel company within their Application Support team as a System Support Analyst managing and resolving support request for the organization systems.

System Support Analyst, Responsibilities

  • Respond to support inquiries, classify and prioritise tickets, escalate issues and perform troubleshooting
  • Providing technical assistance to both internal and external users
  • Perform system troubleshooting, including manual or bulk data updates and user access adjustments

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in an IT Operations, or technical analyst role
  • A good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and security best practices
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support users and document solutions effectively

Benefits & conditions

  • Paying circa 35K
  • Hybrid with the London offices, working 3 days in on Tue, Wed and Thur. Working hours 09.00 - 17.30
  • 20 days holiday, plus 3 wellbeing days, plus birthday off and 1 volunteer day
  • Private medical
  • Familiarisation trips
