Job description

Troubleshoot and repair computers. Provide in-depth research into software and hardware issues. Manage the imaging and deployment of computers that meet University Standards. Provide training to faculty, staff, and students. Document issues, write tutorials, and monitor workflows.

Requirements

Indiana State University student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours., High School diploma or GED
