Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and platform configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflow Automation, Approval Processes, and Security Model.
  • Strong knowledge of Reports, Dashboards, Data Management, and User Administration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Ironclad CLM.
  • Alternatively, experience with Conga CLM and/or DocuSign CLM.
  • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist
