Job description
This is a senior, high-ownership role at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup, sitting at the intersection of strategic consulting and hands-on AI delivery. You’ll own regional outcomes across DACH, acting as a trusted AI transformation partner to C-suite executives at multibillion-euro enterprises while working directly with company leadership to shape strategy and grow the Munich team. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end rollout of the company’s AI platform across DACH, owning regional pipeline and outcomes from Munich. Serve as the primary transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises. Run accounts as consulting engagements: stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmaps, rollouts, and measurable business outcomes. Identify the highest-value AI use cases per customer and personally build the first agents to demonstrate value. Drive org-wide adoption by navigating internal politics, securing executive champions, and removing blockers. Host workshops, executive briefings, and strategy-focused quarterly reviews to sustain and grow engagement. Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, advocating for what matters most. Continuously automate your own workflows by building agents and processes on the platform itself. Build and scale the regional team in Munich as the business expands across Europe.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in enterprise AI transformation, management consulting, or equivalent roles delivering C-suite engagements at large enterprises. Background at a top-tier strategy consultancy or equivalent transformation experience; ex-founder experience is a strong plus. Hands-on AI power user: proven ability to ship production agents, design evaluations, handle model routing, address data residency requirements, and architect enterprise integrations. Experience deploying agent workflows on enterprise AI platforms or equivalent tooling. Commercially sharp, with a track record in renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions. Demonstrated ability to build and lead regional teams and scale across geographies. Native-level German fluency; based in Munich or ready to relocate. High agency, high energy, low ego - comfortable doing the unglamorous work alongside the strategic work. Willingness to travel and spend significant time at customer sites. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: €90,000 - €150,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
