Job description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the automation, deployment, monitoring, and reliability of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps automation., * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.
Work with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitor applications, infrastructure, and deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance-management solutions.
Manage source-code repositories and branching strategies using Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end software delivery.
Participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Follow DevSecOps and security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Git and source-control management.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Good understanding of networking, security, deployment, and troubleshooting concepts.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS/Azure DevOps services.
Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD, or other GitOps tools.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar monitoring/logging platforms.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus.
