Requirements

Overview: Seeking an experienced Mainframe Manager to lead enterprise software migration projects. Must have strong expertise in z/OS, AS/400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, SAS, and proven project management skills. Role requires leadership in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and process improvement. Some travel across North America may be required., * Mainframe software migration & consolidation

  • z/OS, AS/400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, SAS
  • Project management, PMP/PRINCE2 certified
  • Risk assessment, cost optimization, stakeholder management
  • Crossfunctional team leadership & communication
  • Negotiation, scope/cost/schedule management
  • Process improvement & efficiency initiatives

Experience:

  • 5+ years technical project management
  • Enterprise mainframe environments
  • Migration, consolidation, thirdparty product replacement projects
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
