Overview: Seeking an experienced Mainframe Manager to lead enterprise software migration projects. Must have strong expertise in z/OS, AS/400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, SAS, and proven project management skills. Role requires leadership in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and process improvement. Some travel across North America may be required., * Mainframe software migration & consolidation
- z/OS, AS/400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, SAS
- Project management, PMP/PRINCE2 certified
- Risk assessment, cost optimization, stakeholder management
- Crossfunctional team leadership & communication
- Negotiation, scope/cost/schedule management
- Process improvement & efficiency initiatives
Experience:
- 5+ years technical project management
- Enterprise mainframe environments
- Migration, consolidation, thirdparty product replacement projects
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
