Job description

Provide Help Desk support for the Windows operating system, Windows-based applications and databases, and Active Directory (AD) account management.

Handle workflow management applications such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Ivanti, and BMC Helix.

Requirements

Completed ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

Completed CompTIA A+ Certification
5+ years’ experience performing Windows OS migrations.
