IT Project Manager

Lead and manage enterprise technology projects supporting retail banking systems, software development initiatives, and third-party vendor implementations. You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to define project requirements, create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and drive successful outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track project dependencies, proactively manage risks and issues, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project schedules, facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and monitor project performance throughout the project lifecycle. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• 8+ years of project management experience within financial services, technology, software development, systems integration, or business operations environments.
• Experience managing complex technology initiatives involving software development, vendor implementations, and enterprise systems.
