Job description
- The Technical Integration Lead Oracle Cloud HCM will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and technical solutions.
- The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, Oracle Integration Cloud, integration architecture, and technical leadership to support enterprise-wide HCM transformation initiatives., * Architect, design, build, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM integrations with enterprise systems.
- Lead technical integration activities for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
- Develop and manage inbound and outbound integration flows.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules and integration components.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations with clients.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Manage customer expectations, provide project updates, and resolve escalations.
- Lead and mentor technical teams throughout project delivery.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver technical and architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM platform across Global Core HR, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and external enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration capabilities including APIs, events, file-based integrations, FTP, and inbound/outbound data flows.
- Experience with bi-directional payroll interfaces and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and modern integration protocols.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI reporting solutions.
- Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Strong knowledge of HCM configuration including lookups, value sets, work structures, areas of responsibility, and business process setup.
- Expertise in Fast Formulas and customization of HCM Extracts and bursting logic.
- Strong understanding of roles, security profiles, and data access controls., * Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coaching junior team members on Oracle HCM and integration best practices.
