Oracle Technical Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end Oracle platform programs, including planning, execution, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead Oracle implementation, upgrade, migration, and production support initiatives across cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Establish and drive Oracle program governance, including project plans, status reporting, issue tracking, escalation management, change control, and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, vendors, business users, and senior leadership to ensure timely milestone completion and effective dependency resolution.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, scope, timelines, and deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive change management and release coordination for Oracle platform initiatives while minimizing operational and business impact.
• Ensure Oracle solutions align with business requirements, operational standards, security guidelines, architecture principles, and quality expectations.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate regular steering committee meetings, status reviews, governance forums, and executive communications.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and complex delivery timelines.
• Strong documentation, reporting, escalation, and executive presentation skills.
