Must Have Qualifications: 18+ years of overall experience, 8+ years specifically hands of with Solution Architect that are able to follow business problems, interact with stakeholders. MUST HAVE 15+ Java development experience. Hands on experience with Design patterns and architectural patterns. Preferred, AI/ML Expecting technical sound, able to provide solutions for business problems, find gaps in recruitment, go back to the drawing board and provide business problems solutions. Architect w hands on solution experience -provide solution for business problems., Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc. Prior Software development background 5+ years of relevant task management experience Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business problems.
