PeopleSoft Utility Consultant

We’re growing our ERP support team and looking for a PeopleSoft ERP Support Analyst to help support a large-scale PeopleSoft Financials environment. This role will focus on production support, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and assisting users with day-to-day system and workflow issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PeopleSoft experience or a strong application support background who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and supporting enterprise systems., * Provide day-to-day production support for PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM)

• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and transaction issues
• Investigate, prioritize, and resolve support tickets
• Assist end users with system questions and business process issues
• Escalate complex technical and functional issues as needed
• Support user access requests and routine system maintenance activities
• Participate in testing for system updates and enhancements
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and support procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities, * General Ledger (GL)

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft, ERP systems, or enterprise applications
• Production support, application support, help desk, or ticketing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting financial, procurement, accounting, or inventory-related processes is a plus
• Public sector or government experience is a plus
