Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung des IT Customer Service am Standort - Bearbeitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Supportanfragen - Behebung systemtechnischer Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem zentralen IT-Dienstleister - Verwaltung von IT-Hardware (Lager, Austausch, Bestellungen, …) - Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen inkl. Windows-PC-Konfiguration - Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Anschlusspunkte patchen, Kabel konfektionieren, Messungen durchführen, …) - Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur - Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen an die lokale IT-Infrastruktur #### Ihre Qualifikationen - Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Gerne bereits erste Erfahrung im 1st- oder 2nd-Level Support - Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen Microsoft Client Produkten - Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkadministration sind von Vorteil - Kundenfreundliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise - Ausgeprägte Team-

und Kommunikationsfähigkeit - Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem sind von Vorteil
