Job description

Lead system architecture, technical design, analysis, engineering, modernization, and implementation activities.
Guide major application development and modernization initiatives.
Support cloud migration and cloud-based application/infrastructure solutions.
Develop and evaluate system and infrastructure architecture.
Perform system, network, and/or database analysis, administration, design, implementation, and testing.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform process analysis and recommend system and operational improvements.
Support architecture and design reviews.
Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture specifications, and technical documentation.
Perform technical and information-engineering analyses.
Provide senior-level technical support and recommend solutions to complex system issues.
Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential impact on ELRS.
Prepare technical analyses, findings, recommendations, and project-progress reports.
Provide technical leadership and direction to analysts, developers, and engineers.
Support development, modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure enhancements.
