Job description

  • Opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of architectural projects from early planning through construction completion.
  • Work alongside experienced architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to projects involving healthcare, education, civic, and other specialized environments.
  • Opportunity to contribute to design development, technical execution, and project leadership.
  • Primarily office-based role with field involvement including site visits, construction observations, and coordination with project teams.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead and support architectural project teams while coordinating responsibilities, workflows, and project standards.
  • Develop and execute design solutions through programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
  • Prepare complete architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, project manuals, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance, review project requirements, and help maintain quality, schedule, and scope alignment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural program required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Registered Architect (RA) or completion of the NCARB Architectural Experience Program.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and project delivery methods.
  • Experience managing architectural projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
  • Proficiency with Revit Architecture and related design tools.
  • Ability to prepare complete construction documents, specifications, and technical deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make sound project decisions.
  • Self-directed, collaborative professional with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
