Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Experience with functional setup, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and project teams.
  • Experience in preparing functional documentation and test cases.
  • Good understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and integrations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
