Requirements

  • Strong experience managing Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • Good functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Experience managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating functional and technical teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements, manage client expectations, and provide project updates.
  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience is required.
