Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration and implementation.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, costing, and calculations.
- Experience with Fast Formulas and payroll rules.
- Experience in testing, UAT, and production support.
- Ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Good understanding of Core HR and Payroll integration.
- Experience working with business users and technical teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
