Requirements

  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration and implementation.
  • Good knowledge of payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, costing, and calculations.
  • Experience with Fast Formulas and payroll rules.
  • Experience in testing, UAT, and production support.
  • Ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
  • Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Good understanding of Core HR and Payroll integration.
  • Experience working with business users and technical teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
