Agile Scrum Master

• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity.
• Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team.
• Support the team in removing impediments.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
• Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables.
• Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge and exposure to agile practices.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Professional Skills:

• Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to provide candid but caring feedback.
• Problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery.
