User Experience Analyst

• Driver of website management, implementations and changes: executes merchandising and user experience strategy (e.g. new collections, homepage updates, etc.); identifies and resolves bugs expeditiously
• Drives Customer Journey, A / B testing & Analytical Improvement: Owns Google Optimize and is able to drive clear, documented improvements to conversion rate and AOV
• Facilitator of KPI meeting: Builds and maintains “North Star” KPI dashboard with guidance from leadership, runs meeting, and documents and pursues key actions and outcomes

• Requirements: Deep understanding of metrics, Excel, and seamless user experiences; has ‘idols’ of other websites, do’s and don’ts, and a clear perspective
