The strongest candidates will be able to connect business strategy, technology transformation, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption and help ensure that complex transformation initiatives translate into sustainable business outcomes., The ideal candidate will have a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience leading change across complex technology and enterprise transformations., * Significant experience in change management, organizational transformation, management consulting, or technology transformation.

• Strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background strongly preferred.
• Proven experience supporting or leading IT, digital, technology, AI, or enterprise transformations.
• Strong executive coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience developing change management frameworks, playbooks, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong understanding of organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, communications, and training.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex, and highly visible client environments.
