Director, Systems Engineer in San Jose

Provide technical, architectural, and organizational leadership for the development of next- semiconductor manufacturing systems. Lead the end-to-end architecture of complex semiconductor manufacturing systems. Provide technical leadership for industrial software and control systems. Lead development and review of advanced control algorithms. Define and own the data architecture strategy for semiconductor tools and factory integration, Lead development of advanced analytics capabilities, Partner with customers and factory teams to translate raw data into actionable insights. Advanced Problem Solving & Innovation. Digital Twin Leadership (Executive Level). Factory Automation & Smart Manufacturing. Technical Leadership & Team Development including lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams spanning systems, software, Customer & Executive Engagement- Interface with key customers and internal executives to resolve critical escalations.

Requires Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic and Communications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems engineering or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Director- Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering Manager, Lead Systems Engineer, Chief Systems Engineer, Chief Systems Architect or related field. Experience in Leading Systems & Architecture of complex semiconductors. Experience in industrial software and control systems, Data analytics for semiconductor manufacturing systems, semiconductor process, tool operation, and factory data flows.
