Workday Functional Consultant Core HCM, Payroll & Recruiting

4 6+ years of experience in Workday functional consulting, HRIS, or Workday administration. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting. Demonstrated experience configuring: Business Processes Security Reports Calculated Fields Condition Rules Validation Rules Tenant/System Settings Strong understanding of Workday functional configuration and HR business processes. Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production validation. Experience supporting Workday production issues and troubleshooting functional problems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Strong documentation and organizational skills.
