We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership responsibilities, partnering with business stakeholders and leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery, while driving business transformation initiatives across customer lifecycle management, quote-to-cash, customer portals, contract management, and enterprise integrations with HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Conga, SharePoint, xFilesPro, AWS, and other business systems., * Solution Design & Consulting

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Create functional and technical design documents, process flows, data models, wireframes, and integration specifications.

Develop REST/SOAP API integrations and data synchronization processes. Support middleware, API management, and data integration initiatives. Create data mappings, interface specifications, and integration documentation. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and offshore delivery teams. Provide technical direction and oversight throughout project delivery. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Manage sprint planning, workload allocation, technical estimation, and delivery tracking. Support team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues. Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Salesforce team. Quote-to-Cash & Business Process Optimization Design and implement solutions supporting: Quote-to-Cash Proposal Management Contract Management Approval Workflows Customer Onboarding Customer Lifecycle Management Customer Self-Service Portals Optimize business processes through automation and digital transformation initiatives. Support document generation and e-signature solutions using Conga and DocuSign. Reporting & Analytics Develop Salesforce reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level analytics. Support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Analyze data quality and provide recommendations for process improvements. Release Management & Support Lead technical delivery across Agile projects. Support SIT, UAT, production releases, deployment validation, and post-production support.
