IT Technician

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated IT Technician to join our Prep School team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to build their career in IT, while working in a supportive and friendly school environment. • manage and maintain the school’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams and ENGAGE
• support and administer Jamf School MDM for both 1 to 1 and shared iPads
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• ensure devices are secure, updated, and ready for classroom use
• assist with onboarding new staff and students to school systems
• liaise with external IT providers when required
• excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• clear communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
• appreciation of the demands of working in a busy school setting
• be organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• previous school experience is not essential - this role may suit someone at the start of their IT career or someone seeking a change of environment.

Terms of Employment

• a part time, role: 10 hour working week
• 6 weeks holiday pro rata (must be taken in school holidays)
