About the company
Connecting Education are recruiting an IT Technician on behalf of a highly regarded independent school in Esher - a thriving co-educational community of around 1,300 pupils, set in 100 acres of historic grounds. With excellent road and rail links to London, Guildford, and the wider South East, it’s a genuinely attractive place to work.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a close-knit IT team, supporting up to 1,500 users across all areas of the school. Technology is central to how this school operates - from cloud-based learning platforms and a 1:1 managed device scheme to AI-integrated teaching methods - and the IT team is key to keeping it all running. The school is actively investing in its IT provision, so there’s real scope to contribute to meaningful change and project work, not just day-to-day support.
