Job description

  • Create / maintain / distribute workstation images
  • Create / maintain / distribute virtual images
  • Monitor and manage distribution points
  • Manage workstation and server endpoints
  • Tier II/III system administration requests
  • Utilize change management processes (i.e. project testing, impact analysis, communication, back out strategies.)
  • Participate and/or support other teams during implementation projects
  • Support a variety of workstation hardware models (desktops, laptops, & tablets).
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide Tier II/III level support for field technicians as it relates to imaging, application installation and basic hardware /software troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience
  • OR Associate’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience
  • OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 1 or position equivalent.
