• Manage incidents and service requests in a multi-disciplined support environment

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting VDI platforms
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 OS and Active Directory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Familiarity with common internet browsers and web-based tools
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including the ability to manage critical situations via phone with confidence and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively across teams and client groups
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to assess the business and technical impact of issues
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to shifting demands
