Job description

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
Support routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and network segmentation.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and SD-WAN solutions.
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN environments.
Support network infrastructure for warehouse operations, server systems, cloud, WAN/LAN, and virtualization environments.
Manage and support MDF/IDF systems, structured cabling, fiber/copper infrastructure, racks, patch panels, and network architecture.
Support UPS/battery backup systems for critical network infrastructure.
Perform network troubleshooting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure appropriate technical support and coverage.
Partner closely with local warehouse and IT teams to maintain reliable network operations.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and infrastructure standards.
Participate in network upgrades, deployments, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Network Engineer to design, implement, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure across warehouse and distribution environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers/Switches, Firewalls, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN, and enterprise network infrastructure., * 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Infrastructure.

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.
Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Firewalls and SD-WAN.
Hands-on Wi-Fi/WLAN deployment and troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of MDF/IDF, structured cabling, fiber, and network architecture.
Experience supporting cloud, server, and virtualization networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and vendor-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a warehouse/distribution environment with reliable attendance.

Preferred

Cisco CCNA / CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification.
Experience supporting large-scale warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Experience with enterprise wireless and network monitoring tools.
