The core purpose is to reduce as much friction as possible from the integration process in order to achieve a successful and efficient integration.You will play a critical role in maintaining the trust of our customers, ensuring that any technical queries that arise during the implementation process are answered and escalated when required. Working directly with our customer’s technical teams to resolve issues, you will also collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across Technology and Business to contribute towards consolidatingCheckout.com’s position as a leading online payment solutions provider in the region.The ideal candidate must be customer-driven and tech-savvy, with proven problem-solving abilities and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment.How you’ll make an impactProvide technical support to merchants during their implementation ofCheckout.compayment processing technologyAnswer all merchants’ integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live support, and post-live supportCollaborate and partner with internal teams such as Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers, and Merchant Care, to resolve issues during customer trials, integrations, or post-implementation supportInteract with the Product teams to pinpoint improvement ideasAdvise Manager on issues which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actionsAbility to multitask with multiple projects and integrations of customersMaintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrationsAbout You:3 years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech companyBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is desirable or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes.Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is requiredStrong coding skills in at least one of these languages: Java, Javascripts, PHP, Python, Go, C#Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partiesAbility to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environmentFluent in EnglishAdditional InformationBring all of you to workWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. Requirements
3 years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is desirable or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes. Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required Strong coding skills in at least one of these languages: Java, Javascripts, PHP, Python, Go, C# Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties Ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment Fluent in English
