• Manage and support user accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, and other applications.

• Design, maintain and support onboarding/offboarding efforts for new hires and new hire orientations.

• Wrote, reviewed, and edited technical KB Articles in Confluence to ensure clarity and consistency across documentation.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Provided application and hardware support to all users across multiple locations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and user satisfaction.

• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction

• Partner with the network team and be onsite backup for network infrastructure.

• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, implementation, and documentation.

• Develop and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
