Helpdesk Engineer 2

We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk Engineer 2/Senior Help Desk Engineer, you will:

• Provide Level 2 - 3 support on-site in a primarily Microsoft environment at our client site;
• Assist with systems administration and projects; and
• Document and post procedures.

Helpdesk Engineer 2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports operational and technical functions at our client sites;
• Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the client to ensure the implementation meets the clients’ needs;
• Prepares operational and technical documentation; and
• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * At least five years of IT related customer service experience in a helpdesk or call center setting;

• Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills of desktop and laptop OS’s, general applications, anti-virus software, Office 365, printers, TCP/IP and communications protocols;
• Strong technical writing skills; and
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
