Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of modern software solutions while remaining hands-on throughout the delivery lifecycle., * Design, build and deliver modern software applications across frontend, backend or full-stack environments.

• Lead engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring and code reviews.
• Develop cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code to support scalable cloud deployments.
• Ensure applications meet high standards for security, performance, accessibility and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to engineering communities, technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
