Senior System Engineer

You will be a key contributor to the architecture, requirements capture, design, verification, and documentation of bespoke and secure systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help define solutions for both new product development and existing defence programmes. This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic involvement across system architecture, verification, and cross-functional collaboration.

• BSc / MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Must be a British citizen or eligible for UK SC clearance., * 5+ years’ experience in a similar systems engineering role.
• Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead and deliver on system architecture, requirements, integration & verification.
• Confident in producing high-quality documentation and system-level design artefacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Systems Engineering, System Architecture, RF Systems, Datalinks, Verification, Requirements Capture, Secure Communications.
• SC Cleared
