Salesforce Consultant

You’ll work with stakeholders across sales, service and marketing to gather requirements, define scope and deliver declarative solutions to agreed timescales. Day to day that means Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration, Marketing Cloud Engagement support, impact assessment on existing automation and integrations, and training users so adoption keeps pace with the build.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a customised org, across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong Flow and declarative automation, with the judgement to recommend standard functionality over bespoke build
• Marketing Cloud Engagement or Experience Cloud experience
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce or SOQL, enough to support investigations and assess change impact. You would not be expected to write code
• Experience replacing legacy customisations with standard or declarative functionality
• Integrations with ERP or marketing automation platforms

• £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working, three days a week in the Newcastle upon Tyne office
• Exposure across Sales, Service and Marketing clouds rather than a single specialism
