Durchführung des 1st Level Supports sowie Weiterleitung von Störungen an den 2nd oder 3rd Leve-Support Kompetente Betreuung der User bei IT-Störungen Übernahme der Analyse und Klassifizierung von Fehlermeldungen Bereitstellung der Tickets im System

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrungen im IT-Support Sichere Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows von Vorteil
