SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA)

• End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA programmes, from initiation through to go-live and beyond
• Leading complex, multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Being the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths
• Owning the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting
• Driving quality across the full lifecycle including testing, data, training, cutover and go-live
• Managing risk properly, not just logging it but actively resolving it
• Getting involved in pre-sales, shaping proposals and making sure what’s sold can actually be delivered
• Improving how we deliver as a business, contributing to frameworks, governance and mentoring others

• Strong SAP project delivery experience, ideally S/4HANA
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and complex environments
• Strong commercial awareness across budgets and scope
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams, * You’ll have real ownership
