Application Support Analyst

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on application support with business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and deliver meaningful system enhancements., * Providing functional support across D365 F&O and integrated business applications.

• Managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution activities.
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
• Configuring and optimising system functionality to meet business needs.
• Supporting upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitoring application performance, integrations, and overall system health.
• Creating functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
• Delivering user training and supporting adoption of new features and processes.
• Collaborating with development teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Supporting integrations across ERP, ecommerce, and third-party platforms.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Operations.
• Experience with Shopify, Power Platform, or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application support, incident management, and business processes.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with both operational support and project delivery activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
