IT Support Engineer - 1st & 2nd Line Support

Location: Onsite Monday to Friday during term time - role is shared between 2 Schools - will be onsite x4 Days in Clapham, London & x1 Day in Belgravia, London.

Onsite - Monday to Friday during Term Time / School Holiday Periods - reduced working hours & flexibility to work from home.

*Education Sector experience preferred.

*Must be Eligible to work in the UK.

Seeking to secure a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support up to 800 members of staff.

The role will work alongside a hands-on IT Manager. An external MSP will manage 3rd Line Networking Tickets.

• 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer - 3 to 4 years’ experience.
• Microsoft 365 Admin, SharePoint & MS Teams.
• MDM - Intune or similar.
• Windows Server - knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic Networking - Troubleshooting - Wireless Access Points, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN.
• Support of End User Devices - Windows, Laptop, Desktop, iPads & Tablets.
• Security - Firewall, AV, Web Filters & Security Policies.
• VOIP Comms or Telephony support.
• Good organizational skills & a proactive approach.

Onsite Role - Term Time Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm - some flexibility on start time.

During School Holiday Periods - 8:30am - 4:00pm - flexibility to work from home.
