Job description
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-first products that enhance scalability and automation in SME advisory services
- Build robust, context-aware AI systems that integrate client data and deliver actionable insights
- Experiment with and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies to solve complex problems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with user needs
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and industry best practices while delivering scalable AI solutions
- Collaborate directly with the founders to align technical innovations with the company’s strategic vision
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and strong academic background
- Strong programming skills in Python; preferably experience with TypeScript
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, or agentic frameworks
- An innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments
