Desktop Support Technician

You will be taking care of internal employees IT needs, and you need to be someone who’s well versed with MS Windows OS and will be creating and removing users as well as cleaning up user and email accounts. Break fix installing, replacing, troubleshooting, upgrading hardware and software. Troubleshoot iPad tablets and iPhones (smart phone experience) and pretty much all things technically. We are looking for someone who can provide white glove treatment, will be supporting managers and some executives.

In addition, you will be in charge of hardware and software inventory, database maintenance, and

reporting, and perform related work as required.

• Orders, delivers, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. ‘
• Diagnose and resolve end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and network access problems.
• Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC equipment and peripherals not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
