Job description

Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications supporting electronic trading platforms
Build and maintain Java-based microservices powering web, desktop, mobile, and external API solutions
Work closely with front-office stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions
Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews
Champion Agile development, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and engineering best practices
Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tooling, and team productivity
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, and deployment

Requirements

Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems
Proficiency with Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and related backend technologies
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with distributed caching technologies is beneficial
Exposure to front-office trading environments or asset classes such as Equities, FX, or Fixed Income would be advantageous
